Discerning the Darkness

What brought us to the place of wanting to change our way of life to the point of accepting God’s offer in Christ? Each one of us has a unique story of that day, a day never to be forgotten. As a matter of fact, our lives before that memorable day would make a great book and a movie describing what brought us to life’s most important decision.

We Are The Greatest!

There is some truth to the idea of America’s greatness if it is limited to the material development of the society and their contribution to the world. However, Western Europe, Canada, New Zealand and Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Russia and other developed nations will dispute that because they too see themselves as great. If we say we are the freest nation in the world, many countries will debate that too.

Over two billion Christians all over the world just celebrated the most powerful truth in human history, Jesus’ crucifixion, burial and resurrection. Millions had the opportunity to be exposed to the only life-changing message for true meaning and purpose. Absolutely nothing can compare, and it truly is the hope every human is searching for, perhaps without even knowing it.

National Prayers Rejected

Jesus said: “…Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick.” (Luke 5:31) He didn’t have a person’s physical need in mind but was referring to Israel’s moral and spiritual sickness.

The cultural health of a nation is the outcome of that society’s beliefs and actions. If the culture is corrupt it’s because people’s moral corruption is dominating. Anyone who thinks that America’s cultural health is in optimal condition is deceiving himself or herself. America is in deep trouble, and we know it!

Freedom of Expression Was the Loser

Donald Trump made a wise decision in cancelling his Chicago rally to avoid a violent confrontation between his supporters and those who invaded the meeting with the intentions of provoking chaos.

Looming Dangers Then and Now

The past has so much to teach us about our present condition as a nation. It also warns us of things we can expect if the same courses of actions are repeated. As we continue this turbulent election season we’ll do well in remembering those who experienced the before and after of the American experiment—the first, and only one of its kind of government in world history.

There Are Only Two Conflicting Views for Life

Some people may have a long list of men and women from the pages of history that made great contributions to humanity. Many compare Jesus with other historical individuals, and more often than not, they affirm that He was equal or lesser than other world figures. When we compare all of the historical characters that stand out, we find that their understanding came from strange sources. Nevertheless, they built upon those ideas that have proven to be flawed time and time again. The outcome has always been the same social disruption and collapse.

Elections Are About The Future of the Nation

These coming elections are not just about filling the highest office of the land; it also covers a wide range of important areas of county, city, various levels of state offices, U.S. Representatives, and U.S. Senators. Every elected official is going to impact society for better or for worse. Citizens will decide the outcome and will have to live with it until another election cycle comes around.

43 Years of Infamy and Counting

In spite of extremely bad weather hitting Washington, D.C., tens of thousands of pro-life activists came together for the massive March for Life annual event. January 22nd marks the anniversary of the Supreme Court’s 1973 infamous decision in Roe v. Wade, which deemed abortion, the murder of babies, a fundamental choice according to seven men who distorted The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution to “justify” this horrendous ruling.

SOTU’s Victory Lap 2016

There are many third world nations that have patterned their form of government after the United States. They also have their State Of The Union speeches, and the people of those nations do not believe anything they hear. They are accustomed to hearing lies; it is and has been a generational problem for centuries. When the executive presents his or her year’s accomplishments in the State of the Union (SOTU) speech it means absolutely nothing; people are no longer impressed. Their social reality refutes all the empty words in the grandiose speech of how great things are and will continue to be.

Our Only Choices: The Full Counsel of Man or God

Those who are concerned for the future of America are shocked to see her on the fast track to extermination; this is no laughing matter for the critical thinkers.

Before you turn me off, let me assure you that I’m not a pessimist but a realist. Since my childhood, I began a quest to understand bad human behavior and its negative effects on society. I was not born a pessimist but quickly became one early in life. The more I learned from the cycles of history, the less hopeful I became for the future of humanity. I decided to become an atheist.

The Perfect Blueprint for Personal and National Success

My deepest prayer and desire for this New Year is that your life will be fulfilled one day at a time as you gain greater understanding of your God-given potential in Jesus Christ.

In Christ, you are equipped to attain the knowledge that guides you to His fullness. It is this knowledge that allows you to understand our perilous times and the things you need to do that no one else could do.

Stop Believing the “Jesus Refugee Card” Myth

There’s no surprise that during the Christmas season the “Jesus was a refugee” card gets played to no end by politicians to push their agenda of America’s fundamental transformation. It would be laughable if it were not so serious with devastating consequences.
