Two days in a row, Obama made speeches at meetings with two opposite faith groups, the first was at the Islamic Society of Baltimore, a radical Mosque [2/3/16], and the next day at the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, D.C. This event is one of those occasions when Democrats and Republicans come together to bond over their belief in the Christian faith but most just play the part of exalting the Lordship of Christ in their lives.
Obama’s first speech, delivered from a mosque with a radical history, has many inaccuracies when it comes to the historical facts of Islam, especially when he said that they have had an influence in America since colonial times. In his classic way of distorting the truth, Obama misquoted Thomas Jefferson, John Adams and Benjamin Franklin, making people believe that they embraced Islam. The true history of America’s war against Islam is not taught in schools, leaving a wide gap of those facts that reveal the reason Jefferson had a Quran, for the sole purpose to understand the mindset of the Muslims who where considered a formidable enemy. As the third President of the United States, Jefferson went to war against Muslims all the way to the shores of Tripoli. He admitted before them that he was a Christian, and stated:
“…we have to reaffirm that most fundamental of truths: We are all God’s children. We’re all born equal, with inherent dignity.
And so often, we focus on our outward differences and we forget how much we share. Christians, Jews, Muslims — we’re all, under our faiths, descendants of Abraham….”
If you are not familiar with the Biblical Scriptures’ understanding of God and Abraham, this can really lead you into believing that Obama’s statement is absolutely true. Yes, every human being is created in the image of God therefore we are children of God and that makes us equal. However, sin brought a tremendous curse to the human race, which divided us into children of obedience and children of disobedience.
So contrary to Obama’s theology, according to God, not all are descendants of Abraham. Jews and Muslims must accept the God of the Bible’s terms in order to become part of His obedient children. Paul, in his letter to the Galatians, said the following in relation to God, Abraham and Jesus Christ:
“Know then that it is those of faith who are the sons of Abraham. And the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, ‘In you shall all the nations be blessed.’ So then, those who are of faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith….
Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, ‘Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree’— so that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we might receive the promised Spirit through faith….
Now the promises were made to Abraham and to his offspring. It does not say, ‘And to offsprings,’ referring to many, but referring to one, ‘And to your offspring,’ who is Christ.” (Galatians 3:7-9, 13-14, 16)
In Christ alone, not Mohamed—the founder of the religion of Islam—or any other, is reconciliation made between a person and God Almighty, the Creator of all things on earth and in heaven. This is the reason Jesus Christ is the only way, the truth and life that can unite the human race. It is only when we accept God’s terms and put them into practice that true social peace and lasting progress be accomplished.
Obama’s speechwriters crafted his speech at the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, D.C. to please the audience, and most of the attendees were delighted with his “Christian” declarations, no different than the Muslims the previous day.
If you do not know Obama, you should make a special effort to do so, after all, he is still the president. He never wastes an opportunity to further his ideology that, for the most part, has worked well for him long before he occupied the White House. His participation at the National Prayer Breakfast was no different from his previous attendance.
Analyzing Obama’s remarks would take a while so I will spare you. If you’re interested, read both speeches, the one at the mosque in Baltimore as well as the National Prayer Breakfast, and do your own analysis. For 64 years, since 1952, this prayer breakfast tradition has brought together Democrats, Republicans and people of faith, claiming it to be an opportunity to be humble before the Almighty and to be reminded of what it is to be children of God.
Before you are moved to tears, please think what has happened to this nation since 1952. Would you say that God’s children have become more rebellious towards Him and have created not a nation under God but under men?
In his closing remarks he said: “I pray that we will see every single child as our own, each worthy of our love and of our compassion. And I pray we answer Scripture’s call to lift up the vulnerable, and to stand up for justice, and ensure that every human being lives in dignity.” Again, hold your tears for a moment. This is the man, that as state senator of Illinois, fought against the Illinois version of BAIPA (Born-Alive Infant Protection Act).
In February 10, 2012, the National Review published an article: “Clarifying Obama’s Vote On Born-Alive,” and it read in part:
“BAIPA,… was introduced to insure that babies who survive attempted abortions are provided the same medical care and sustenance as any other infant born alive. BAIPA was introduced after evidence was presented that babies born alive after unsuccessful abortions were simply discarded in utility closets without food, care, or medical treatment until they died.” 1
You should know by now that Obama has been the most pro “choice” president ever to occupy the White House. “Choice” is a word that society can digest without any repugnancy and horror for the slaughtering of children in the mother’s womb since 1973.
Throughout his years in the executive office, Obama’s speechwriters have made quite a bit of progress in mixing the doctrines of the Bible with Marxist ideology. You must have some kind of knowledge of the latter in order to be able to see-through, or better yet, you need to be guided by the Holy Spirit to discern it.
This will be the last time Obama addresses the Christians at the National Prayer Breakfast, as the resident of the White House, we hope. Anyone of us can call ourselves Christians and say that we have been born-again in Christ Jesus and affirm that He is our Savior and Lord. Words are cheap. However, the fruit of our actions to back up our words is quite another thing.
Jesus said:
“Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. You will recognize them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? So, every healthy tree bears good fruit, but the diseased tree bears bad fruit. A healthy tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a diseased tree bear good fruit. Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. Thus you will recognize them by their fruits. ‘Not everyone who says to me, «Lord, Lord,» will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.” (Matthew 7:15-21)
We are what we think. Our world of personal ideas defines the fruit that we will bear. Obama does not have the fruit of a Muslim life or that of a Christian according to God’s Word and Jesus’ definition of what it is to be a child of God.
Since the very first time that I heard Obama’s speech at the Democratic National Convention in 2004, I recognized his ideas as those of a hard-core Marxist. All these years he has proven it, and I’m not naïve to the fact that he embraces that ideology as well as the power, fame and wealth he has gained.
The nation has been in moral decline for over two hundred years. Early in the 20th century, the Marxist ideology gained much of its influence. The departure from God’s moral absolutes paved the way for Obama to be in a position to fundamentally transform the nation, that is to say, the removal of the biblical values that were at the core in the foundation of this country and replaced them with the hellish ideology of communism.
Every Marxist knows that the end justifies the means; sadly, America has embraced that ideology and methodology. Obama, so far, has been an effective disciple of Marx and Engel’s worldview.
