43 Years of Infamy and Counting

In spite of extremely bad weather hitting Washington, D.C., tens of thousands of pro-life activists came together for the massive March for Life annual event. January 22nd marks the anniversary of the Supreme Court’s 1973 infamous decision in Roe v. Wade, which deemed abortion, the murder of babies, a fundamental choice according to seven men who distorted The Declaration of Independence and the Constitution to “justify” this horrendous ruling.

It was encouraging to see the thousands of young people and others of all ages pack the National Mall and nearby streets for the March for Life. Those beautiful faces of young girls and men holding signs stating their position, “Stop Abortion Now,” “Defend Life,” “We Are the Pro-Life Generation,” “Life Counts,” “Personhood Now,” “Face it Abortion Kills a Person,” “Life What a Beautiful Choice,” ‘I am a voice for the voiceless,” “Thank God my mom’s pro-life,” “Democrats for Life,” “Defund Planned Parenthood,” chants of “Hey, Hey, Ho, Ho, Roe v. Wade has got to go,” “Pro-Life NY Rabbis,” “Pro-Life NY Jews,” and many more voted for life with their presence. There were signs in Spanish and in Hebrew. One of the most touching signs were many women holding signs stating “I Regret My Abortion.”

While there are a percentage of people who accept the legalization of abortion, the majority is still against it. Historically, Pro-Lifers are right and the Pro-Aborts are wrong.  There is always a high social price to pay for this aberrant choice where humans take it upon themselves to decide if other innocent and defenseless humans will live or die.

America started a world trend 43 years ago of the mass murder of babies by the mother’s choice. Since 1973, in the United States of America, it is reported by LifeMattersTV.org that 58,648,398 have been murdered at the time of writing of this article, and that number increases by 3,000 abortions a day in the U.S. Since 1980, it is reported that Worldwide 1,402,280,000 have been slaughtered through abortion, and we are adding 125,000 per day to that number. Those of the “Black Lives Matter” movement should take notice and prove to themselves that their motto is for real and demonstrate indignation for the 17,594,520 black babies that have been murdered through the choice of “abortion.” By the way, that number keeps increasing by leaps and bounds.

When the Forefathers left the shores of England, they came with a vision for the New World. John Winthrop, a prominent early Puritan minister and leader, laid out the Puritan agenda in his remarkable exhortation to the Puritans in 1630. As they were ready to sail out to the New World, he declared to the early colonists their real purpose, “…. we must consider that we shall be as a City upon a Hill, the eyes of all people are upon us…” Their descendants have failed miserably to continue to be a nation under God’s government and have exported more darkness than light to the world.

Each year during the March for Life event there are speakers addressing the crowds, among them are Pro-Life elected officials. They all have good things to say and good intentions to end the Pro-choice Supreme Court ruling. Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers, (R-Washington) sums it all up. She has a 7 year-old son with Down Syndrome. She said her son has made her even more committed to the anti-abortion fight by stating: “Every child and every life is a gift.”

How long before this massacre ends? Is it really that difficult to end this cursed national nightmare? In this country alone, there is much blood that stains our soil, from coast to coast and from border to border.

How many more marches and speeches are needed to put a stop to this barbaric millennial practice? How serious are the Pro-Life elected officials and Pro-Life organizations to truly end all this madness that cannot go unpunished indefinitely by the Real Supreme Judge of the Universe?   

In 1973, seven men changed the morality of the nation that would flood it with the shedding of innocent blood and perversions. However, they also left the door wide open to end it immediately; they left that responsibility to Congress.

The Supreme Court itself admitted in Roe that once Congress establishes the personhood of unborn children, they must be protected by the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, which explicitly says: “nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property.”

The Supreme Court said:

“We need not resolve the difficult question of when life begins . . . the judiciary at this point in the development of man’s knowledge is not in a position to speculate as to the answer.”

This is what the High Court admitted:

“If this suggestion of personhood is established, the appellant’s case [i.e., ‘Roe’ who sought an abortion], of course, collapses, for the fetus’ right to life is then guaranteed specifically by the [14th] Amendment.”

And what does the 14th Amendment say with clarity?

“. . . nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty or property, without due process of law, nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the law.”

Furthermore, the 14th Amendment says:

“Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.” 

Since January 22, 1973, the Supreme Court is waiting for the U.S. Congress to tell them that the law qualifies babies as persons.

Richard Nixon was reelected as president; he took the Constitutional oath with his hand upon the Bible, in January 1973. Did he fight back this murderous anti-biblical and anti-constitutional decision by these seven Supreme Court Justices? No, he did not!

Did the U.S. Congress immediately comply with the U.S. Supreme Court’s request of clarifying when life begins? No, they did not! It would have been an immediate scientific solution.

Did the church leadership and Christians mobilize nationwide to demand that Congress stop the coming HOLOCAUST? No, they did not! 

Lets us keep in mind that, since 1973, the overwhelming majority of the U.S. Representatives in Congress, the Supreme Court and all the Executives on the White House have professed to be “Christians.”  Are we to believe that in 43 years the U.S. Congress has been incapable of arriving at the scientific conclusion of when human life begins?

This issue is very close to my heart and I will continue to fight against this diabolical practice.

I’m all for a massive manifestation against murdering unborn babies. I have my own personal experience of doing just that. When I heard that Mexico City, the Federal District, was planning to legislate abortion, I immediately worked with non-governmental organizations to do a massive protest beginning in the second largest city in the country. At that massive event, nearly forty thousand people marched. After that successful massive manifestation I knew it wasn’t enough. I had to prove two things in writing to the legislators: first, I had to present the scientific proof that human life begins at conception and that the barbaric methods used in “abortion” do kill babies in the mother’s womb. Included were full colored pictures of that process. Second, I presented what recent history reveals about Hitler’s Nazi government and the techniques used for abortions promoted by Margaret Sanger the founder of Planned Parenthood. The method of killing the undesired extended to the non-Aryan race. A third document was for legislators to pass laws to protect life from conception until natural death.

Personalized packages with this information were prepared for every Federal and State legislator in the Nation of Mexico, which consists of 31 states and one federal district. Willing and caring individuals joined me with the urgency required; this means I did not appeal to organizations to carry out the plan. As far as I know, since August 2008, 17 state legislatures approved laws respecting life from conception to natural death; Mexico City was the only one approving the murder of babies in the mother’s womb.

Caring Americans, who respect the value of the unborn, have an opportunity to make a real difference to reverse this infamous practice for 43 years since the Supreme Court is still waiting for Congress to say when life begins. Please don’t tell me how difficult this has been; if we leave out politics and the financial gain by many organizations profiting from abortion, we can also demand from those who claim to be “Christians” in Congress to read what the Supreme Court is waiting for, it can be done in such a way that not even the pro-abortion person sitting at the White House could stop it.

If Christian America and caring citizens don’t stop this barbaric slaughter and demand respect for life and liberty for the unborn, then we must be reminded by the writings of Thomas Jefferson of what is in store:

“God who gave us life gave us liberty. Can the liberties of a nation be secure when we have removed a conviction that these liberties are the gift of God? Indeed I tremble for my country when I reflect that God is just, that his justice cannot sleep forever.”   

Almighty God, and Father of us all, is the giver of life and He will take matters into His own hands. He knows how much innocent blood has been shed in America and the world. In His own time, He has to act to give justice to those who have been murdered just for the pleasure of doing it. The Sixth Commandment: “You shall not kill,” is His law and no one goes unpunished when they violate it, absolutely, NO ONE!

Let us not be fooled by those who say man makes the “supreme law of the land” and that it is acceptable to kill babies even before they are out of their mother’s womb.

Cain killed his brother Abel

“Cain spoke to Abel his brother. And when they were in the field, Cain rose up against his brother Abel and killed him. Then the Lord said to Cain, ‘Where is Abel your brother?’ He said, ‘I do not know; am I my brother’s keeper?’ And the Lord said, ‘What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood is crying to me from the ground.  And now you are cursed from the ground, which has opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand.’” (Genesis 4:8-11) (ESV)

God Almighty is the only one that can give life, and He guards its sacredness 

“And for your lifeblood I will require a reckoning: from every beast I will require it and from man. From his fellow man I will require a reckoning for the life of man. Whoever sheds the blood of man, by man shall his blood be shed, for God made man in his own image.”  (Genesis 9:5-6) (ESV)

We must not pollute the land by shedding innocent blood

You shall not pollute the land in which you live, for blood pollutes the land, and no atonement can be made for the land for the blood that is shed in it, except by the blood of the one who shed it.” (Numbers 35:33) (ESV)

“… they poured out innocent blood, the blood of their sons and daughters, whom they sacrificed to the idols of Canaan, and the land was polluted with blood.” (Psalm 106:38) (ESV)

These murdered innocent lives cry out to God for justice, and justice will be served against this nation, and the world, if this diabolical practice is not ended:   

When he opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of those who had been slain for the word of God and for the witness they had borne. They cried out with a loud voice, ‘O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before you will judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell on the earth?’ Then they were each given a white robe and told to rest a little longer, until the number of their fellow servants and their brothers should be complete, who were to be killed as they themselves had been.”  (Revelation 6:9-11) (ESV)

It has been 43 infamous years and counting of this barbarous bloodshed, but not for much longer. God is waiting, if we don’t demand Congress to stop playing with death very soon, then the Almighty’s wrath will be felt in a way not known in this nation and the world.
