“But the serpent said to the woman, ‘You will not surely die. For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.’”
(Genesis 3:4-5)
The above passage tells us that we continue to see this lie of Satan perpetrated still today. He continues to make people believe they are gods who can defy Almighty God and create whatever reality they want just by deciding to do so.
Does just thinking of something hard enough going to change reality? Does the human mind have that kind of power? Anyone with half a brain would say no, and they would be correct. I can think all I want that I am a billionaire, but just thinking it won’t make me one. Yet that is the premise in reasoning many are using to convince themselves that they have actually changed their reality just by thinking they have. The even crazier part about this is that they are convincing much of society of this delusion that they have actually succeeded in changing the unchangeable and now we have to accept their falsehoods and adjust our treatment of these people. One example of this is the biological man who now wants to become a “woman” and wants society to treat him as a woman even though changing the biological gender is impossible. There are also many biological women deciding they now want to transition into men, and we are to treat them accordingly.
The onslaught coming against all that we know as normal, or reality continues to escalate in force and aggression whether we like it or not. For instance, most iPhones users like the convenience of an Apple iPhone. iPhones are an extraordinary commodity of our times. But have you heard the latest that Apple iPhone is announcing the coming of new emojis to represent out of the ordinary people? One example of these emojis are about “pregnant men” or “pregnant person”. It is actually being reported by some news outlets or magazine articles that there are some “men getting pregnant”. Society is buying this false reality that is being created and repeated over and over again until it is now some people’s “reality”. They are really believing this is possible.
The medical field knows perfectly well that the biological gender cannot be changed with hormones, surgery, make-up and dressing the part. They can change the physical appearance of someone but never their biological gender. Reality is that there are ZERO men getting pregnant. Yet, those of us who believe this are labeled as “intolerant and bigoted”. We are ostracized for not wanting to comply with these false realities that are being created in people’s minds.
Public school teachers and university professors have lost their jobs because they refused to address a biological male or female by the wrong pronouns those individuals now want to be addressed by because they think they have successfully changed their biological gender. This is a clear example of how people are attempting to create their own reality, which turns out to be a total falsehood.
How you think does not determine reality. You can’t just manipulate your thinking to create a new reality for yourself and attempt to normalize it. In doing so, it is a direct attack on God the Creator and his truth because we can’t change the morals, ethics, values, principles, or the structure of creation. We don’t have that power. Your natural way of thinking is antagonistic to the biblical worldview plus human ability is limited.
So, all these crazy redefinitions of life, family, genders, etc. are mere human suppositions and poor attempts at creating new realities that will only exist in their heads but will not pan out in real life. People like to play God just like Satan (the serpent) convinced Eve that would happen: “For God knows that when you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God,” (Genesis 3:4-5).
Never believe the father of lies or cross over to his side. Jesus said this about those who believe and justify fallacies:
“You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies.”
(John 8:44)
