Why the Ten Commandments Will Never be Eradicated

“Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.”
Matthew 24:35

Ever since rebellion against God entered the human race, humans have always tried to come up with laws, plans and alternatives that will work for them as good as God’s established order for all things but they have never succeeded and will never truly succeed.

Humans write their governmental policies that fill thousands of pages in their efforts to get it right but never do. God has written his governmental policies in ten simple to understand but powerful phrases that cover all areas needed for good social order and that will produce peace and prosperity for all.

The humanists have given their best efforts for millennia to destroy God’s commands. They work hard to oppress, discriminate and attack God’s people in hopes of discouraging them from following God, but God has always had a people that won’t be intimidated or subjugated, even if they have to pay with their lives.

The humanist’s strategy to fight against God and his people in our times includes removing the mention of God in all public places as they protest to have all biblical religious symbols removed from government buildings and federal properties. They even litigate these cases with taxpayer money in our courts. They use our own money against us because they bank on the fact that we don’t have the cash to fight back. Their fight is not against us but against God himself. They know their best efforts throughout the centuries have not worked to get rid of God so they direct their attention toward getting rid of his people.

Those who want to be their own god and have their own authority to make their own laws, which they can change anytime, say you can’t legislate morality yet they can never get away from legislating without morality. However, you have to hand it to them, their tenacity, aggressiveness and persistence has made tremendous inroads even in a nation like the United States, which had a Christian foundation in its beginning and whose 70% of citizenry still claim to be of the Christian faith. We can see this in the way they have taken over and totally control our public education systems and how they are indoctrinating generations into their mindset, they have managed the legalization of abortion-on-demand which has murdered close to 60 million babies, same-sex “marriages” are now widely accepted, the increasing acceptance of transgenderism and the unmasked governmental theft goes on and on.

Should God’s laws rule mankind or will the rules of their own whims work? Are people happy being ruled by the State or do they prefer being free under God? This is the ages-old battle, which continues every single day in our world.

Humanists fool themselves in saying you can’t legislate morality yet they keep legislating laws against evildoers like murderers, thieves, adulterers and all kinds of criminals. Where did they get the moral code to do that? They appropriate moral values from God yet reject and fight him all the way. All morality ultimately is religious in nature since it is based on fundamentals established by God for all things.

Even in courts of law, cases are argued in terms of what is moral or immoral. As hard as the God-haters try, they can’t get away from God’s established law that clearly delineates his all essential and inescapable ten phrases known as the Ten Commandments.

God said, “Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away” (Matthew 24:35).

The Ten Commandments were established for all time since they were given to Moses and the nation of Israel on Mount Sinai to be the guardians of them and to give them to the world, so since God created these precious laws they can never be eradicated.  People can choose to not observe them but they will always be judged by them.

“The grass withers, the flower fades,
But the word of our God stands forever.”
Isaiah 40:8
